FITS MOST DOORWAYS - The bar is telescopic and extendable to fit most doorways so it can be used in many different rooms – with a maximum doorway width of 35in (89cm).
SIMPLE SET UP –The bar can be easily set up in minutes using the simple twisting locking mechanism, without the need for screws or drills. The end pads use strong friction forces to keep the bar in place – and can be taken down easily when not needed.
STURDY CONSTRUCTION – The bar features a sturdy steel tube construction with PVC overlay for strength. It features comfortable foam hand grips that stop you from slipping but also don’t hurt your hands.
SAFETY INFORMATION – Do not install the pull-up bar between glass, tiled, wallpapered, or slippery surfaces. Install indoor frames only with flat surfaces on both sides – do not install in corners or on curved surfaces or frames. Do not swing on the bar. Once you’ve worked out how to fix it (instructions aren't very good) it’s good

I bought this to hang on to stretch my back because this is a recommended exercise. After nearly returning this because of 1) struggling to fit the ends on even when using all of your body weight and 2) struggling to fit it in the doorframe when following the very brief instructions, which it turns out aren't correct for a lot of doorframes so you have to do it differently by spinning the middle of the pole so the ends stay still in the doorframe, I now use it a lot when my back is stiff or achy and am happy with it. There is no contact number to call for queries, only an email address to a luggage site weirdly, if there was an easier way to contact someone it would have been a lot easier, it very nearly got returned.
