Changing weights couldn’t be simpler – just pull the weight release catch on the top of the unit and twist to the unlock position to unlock the weight plates. Add or remove weight as required, then twist the catch back to the lock position and you’re good to go!

The system is perfect for circuits or targeted workouts - wherever quick weight changes are needed.

With 6 interchangeable weight plates (2 x 2.1kg, 2 x 2.5kg, 2 x 2.6kg), the kettlebell can be set at multiple weight intervals between 3.6 and 18kg, making it incredibly versatile. So, no matter your experience or the exercise you are performing, you can select a weight appropriate for you, both to start with and as you progress.
