The unique formula penetrates deeper into the wood to provide increased durability.

Penetrates deeper which means it gives better adhesion to your deck throughout the year. Gives a more natural look to your deck. Rainproof in 90 minutes, Re-coat in 4 hours. Primarily for use on pre-treated decking.
Preparation:
Untreated grey weathered decking: To ensure good stain penetration, use Ronseal Decking Restorer to restore the timbers natural colours and prepare the timber for staining. On untreated decking protect the vulnerable end grain with Ronseal End Grain Protector.
Previously finished decking: Any existing surface coatings should be removed with Ronseal Decking Stripper, alternatively remove grease, oil, algae and dirt with Ronseal Decking Cleaner and Reviver or Garden Cleaner.
New timber decking: Leave the decking for up to 6 months to weather, clean with Ronseal Decking Cleaner which opens the pores of the wood allowing for maximum penetration of the stain or Garden Cleaner . Test for compatibility and colour in an inconspicuous area.
Untreated or new cut ends should be sealed and protected with Ronseal Decking End Grain Preserver.
Application:
Ensure the decking is fully dry with no risk of rain. Apply a liberal first coat with a good exterior brush such as the Mako Exterior Woodcare Brush, Mako Decking sponge Applicator or Ronseal Big Brush. A second coat can be applied after 4 hours.
